His extensive experience in business transactions and business litigation allows him to provide businesses with valuable legal advice and services to grow their businesses, minimize risks, comply with federal, state and local laws, and promote the interest of the organization. Prior to forming his own law firm, Mark was a partner at the Birmingham law firms of Spain & Gillon, LLC and Moses & Moses, P.C.
